SmartLab is your #1 Portland Computer Repair Source. Friendly technicians are available at SmartLab Monday - Friday 10am-7pm and Saturday's 11-5pm to check-in your computer or perform on-site services. Did you know we also service Mac and Linux systems?
At SmartLab it is our goal to provide the highest quality computer repair at the lowest price. SmartLab only hires technicians who are college educated and carry at least an A+ certification giving us a 100% certified staff. In addition all technicians must complete a two week pre-employment training and attend monthly SmartLab training seminars to keep their skills top of the game.
SmartLab offers flat rate drop off services for just $59 and on-site for $75/hr. Your service is typically completed in less than 7 days. For those of you who need your computer in a hurry, we offer rush jobs on your computer for only $20 more for under five days and $40 more for 24 hour turnaround.
We make getting your computer fixed easy. All you have to do is bring it in to any SmartLab location. Check out our location map I bet we are coming to a location near you soon. All of our repairs come with a 5 day warranty should any problem come back just swing by and we will take care of it right away. Check out our service menu here for more information. The Experience
Don't worry SmartLab makes it easy. When you walk in to a SmartLab Computer Repair center you'll always know what to expect. Professional technicians who are extremely helpful and speak your language not Geek. They will support you through our entire process that includes a 15 point computer checkup.
The process starts with check-in where we will get all the information to fix your computer. We will then get started most of the time getting your computer back to you in under 24 hours. Once your computer repair is completed you will receive a phone call from the technician who checked you in letting you know your computer is ready for pickup. You are welcome at that time to schedule time with that technician or just swing by at your convenience. Your repair is then warranty for 5 days so if any problem comes back we will take care of that for free.
If you prefer to have a technician come out to your house you will need to call and schedule an appointment. We will then arrive promptly at that time with an unrushed attitude we will take care of the entire problem before we leave and make sure you are 100% satisfied. Should any problem reoccur within 5 days after we leave just give us a call and we will come back out and get it fixed right away.
