Dear SmartLab Customer,

After a lengthy evaluation we have to decided to close this location. This will allow us to make our services faster, streamlined, and more efficient. Although we will be closing this location permanently on 3/29, our services won't stop here. Over the past several years we have enjoyed servicing all of your computer needs and we hope you will continue to choose us in the future. All of our staff and phone numbers are remaining the same. The only difference is we will come to your house and service your computer right in front of you. All this will be just $50/hr, meaning most services will cost less for you. Also, we will be able to get to your location faster than the normal 5 day in-store turnaround. For those of you that would rather drop off your computer for service, our Beaverton location remains open at:

Here is our closing schedule:
3/23 - No longer accepting check-ins for Portland. Your computer can still be checked-in and transfer to our Beaverton location free of charge.
3/29 - Last day the store will be open for pickup. All remaining computers will be transferred to Beaverton.
